After years of success as a senior program manager, Frank Millar founded Groupware Productivity Solutions in 1994. GPS emphasized collaboration consulting and went on to successfully provide services to many companies across several sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, public utilities, defense, and others. During this period in a "Fortune 50" environment, he architected extraordinarily successful application suites through multiple life-cycles and consulted with Fortune 50 executives on significant strategic initiatives. In 2005, with the blossoming of the merger of Services Oriented Architecture and Business Processes Management, GPS was reorganized into Millar Consultants, LLC with an expanded mission to build on lessons-learned and strategically leverage IT for enterprises.
